This Privacy Policy explains how Puck Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Dapital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit investing.community, book a meeting with us, join or run a Dapital community, or otherwise use our websites, apps, and services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, social media handles, the domain names you search for or choose, meeting details, messages, community content, payment details, and anything else you submit to us.
Information we collect automatically. When you use the Services, we and our partners collect device and usage information. This includes IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring sites, time spent, and similar data. We collect it through cookies, pixels, local storage, logs, and similar technologies.
Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from calendar and video providers, payment processors, social media platforms, creators and community operators, our affiliates (including InvestingBio), business partners, data providers, and public sources. - schedule and run meetings, onboard creators, and set up communities, domains, and pages;

- advertise and market our Services and those of our affiliates and partners;

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure usage, and deliver and measure advertising, including across other sites and services. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work without them. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails with the link in each email. You can opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP. We may still send you service and transactional messages. 8. International users
